What paperwork do I need to fill out for camp?

Once you sign up for camp you will be emailed a registration form along with paperwork for a physical exam, The paperwork must be completed by a parent or guardian 18 years or older.

Do you do the same workouts everyday for camp?

No. Each week there is a new focus and muscle group, but there will be a variety of games, activities, and exercises that vary from day to day. The whole week will not consist of exercises that only target the specified muscle group and skill area. There will just be some extra attention dedicated to those areas for the week.

What payments do you accept?

The only payment accepted online is Paypal.

What is your cancellation policy for personal training sessions?

Our cancellation policy includes a full refund for appointments canceled at least 24 hours prior to session. Sessions that have not been rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance will not receive a refund of any amount. Upon arriving late for a session, clients will only receive remaining scheduled session time, no additional time will be granted. There is a 15 minute grace period, however clients who arrive to a training session late will not be issued a refund of any amount. By booking a session you are agreeing to these terms.

Is there an open house I can attend to learn more about Summer Camp?

There is an Open House on May 16th @ 11:30am that Sole Goal Fitness will be hosting. This is the time to explore the space where the camp will be held, meet the team and ask any questions. There will also be light refreshments, fitness apparel for sale, and more.

How do I find out what session is best for me?

Read the descriptions for each personal training session carefully. If you are still concerned please reach out to us to find the best fit for you.

Do I need equipment?

No. We provide a variety of equipment for you to use. If you would like to bring any additional equipment to enhance your training experience you are more than welcome to.

How old do you have to be to take a personal training session?

The minimum age to receive personal training is 10 years old. Sole Goal Fitness personal training sessions are geared toward a wide range of ages.

When will I see results?

This is dependent on the person, their age, nutrition habits, exercise methods, and what type of results you would like to see. However, typically it can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to see results.

What do I wear to workout?

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

What if I have an injury?

First be sure that it is an injury and not sore muscles. Soreness is usually a dull, achy, stiff, or tight sensation that goes away after a few days, and an injury usually causes a sharp pr shooting pain in one spot. Always check with a doctor to be sure. If it is an injury you can still train, but it may require some alternative exercises and/or rehabilitation training.
